thin air

I always made a promise that I would start a blog sooner. I always wanted to share with people about the things I find special in my life, something that I can smile about, and hopefully make others smile about too. I look at so many blogs of my favorite photographers, and they inspire me so much, especially Taya IV (she's the loveliest person everrrr). I have problems with my proxy, so I apologize. To start off, I can't believe I've lived in China for a year and a half now, and I have only three more months left. But before Christmas of 2011, I had no idea that my heart would ever beat in China. I wanted to originally travel to Japan: I wanted to create art, I wanted to learn more Japanese, I wanted to be happy and inspired about everything and everyone around me. Even though I'm only here to work and save, for the most part, it's amazing, living in another country, and it only makes my wanderlust grow!

My friend from America (whom I've known for 12 years) just left a week ago. I had so much fun, taking her down crowded streets where our voices were the only ones audible, talking until one in the morning with heavy eyes, showing her everything as if I was also the tourist, I think it's exactly what I needed. But anyways, right now, the school I work for is in the middle of moving to a new facility. We have a temporary office, and we will move next month. Teaching preoccupies most of my time, but I strive to do more photo shoots. it's my main goal in these last three months.

Diana and I bought matching Chinese bracelets.
